Barry M IS Cruelty Free!
Barry M are a part of Humane Society International’s Be Cruelty Free campaign, which includes making sure their ingredients aren’t tested on animals and refusing to sell in China and any other markets that require animal testing.
Here’s What Barry M Say On Their Website:
“Since our foundation in 1982, Barry M has never tested our finished products or ingredients on animals or engaged another company to do so on our behalf.”
“Through working with HSI, we have now gone one step further and pledged not to permit our products to be sold in countries such as China whilst they require additional new animal testing.”
Barry M Vegan Products
It’s super easy to shop vegan with Barry M online; there’s a tab on their homepage that takes you straight to their range of vegan products, which are each marked with this symbol:
It has been a while since I’ve looked, but the last time I checked in-store it was tricky to see what was vegan and what wasn’t. The image above is said to be on every vegan item they sell, but I think it’s taking a while for them to update all of their packaging!
Their website splits vegan products down into easy-access categories, so if you’re unsure about anything it shouldn’t be too difficult to find by clicking here.
